Buying our second property in the Netherlands during such a tough market came with plenty of highs and lows, but they carried us through it all. Their approach to negotiations was both ruthless and kind, they fought for us while always keeping our best interests at heart. They were there for everything: answering our countless questions, walking us through contracts in detail, and accompanying us to all the home viewings. More than just agents, they felt like big sisters, offering reassurance whenever we felt stressed or unsure. Stenia and Dani were absolutely amazing to work with. As a family of four with a cat and dog we thought it would be impossible to find housing and at a reasonable price. Stenia and Dani assured us that it would be possible though it may take a while. We virtually viewed two houses with Stenia’s help, and made an offer on one immediately after. A day or two later we were approved! They found us the perfect house with just the right amount of space for our family and in a beautiful neighborhood. Their expertise in the nuanced and challenging Amsterdam rental market helped me find a great furnished apartment in a neighborhood that fits what I'm looking for. I really appreciated their attention to detail and consulting on what's standard or not in the rental market which eased my worry of making a novice mistake or getting taken advantage of. I highly recommend Stenia Pucciatti from The Dutch Life, who helped us find a rental home in Amsterdam in early 2025. We approached Stenia in mid-January with an almost impossible task, and with a relatively low budget. Stenia accepted this challenge with understanding and sensitivity. She took the time to comprehend our needs and explain the local reality to us. Throughout the process, she was constantly available for questions and consultations, clearly explaining the Dutch rental market's rules and procedures that were unfamiliar to us. After arriving in the Netherlands in early February, Stenia worked quickly and efficiently. Within just one month (!), she found us a perfect solution - a spacious house on the edge of Amsterdam, adjacent to a large park.
